About Us
Man of War Boxing and Fitness is a premier boxing and fitness facility located in the heart of Stafford, Virginia. We are proud to be a USA Boxing registered gym, offering training for individuals of all ages—starting as young as age 5—through to adults. Whether you're training for amateur competition, preparing for a professional career, or simply looking to get in shape through boxing-based fitness, we have a program for you.

At Man of War, you’ll learn and train with the mindset and discipline of a high level boxer even if you never step into a ring to compete. We believe boxing is a healing agent, and it's our mission to share that gift with anyone who values it or doesn’t yet realize they need it.

Founded in 2021 by Rob Brice, a former amateur boxer, Silver-Level USA Boxing Certified Coach, and a certified coach under undefeated professional Tony Jeffries, Man of War was built to transform lives through the art and science of boxing.
