Youth Boxing
Our youth boxing program (ages 5+) teaches discipline, focus, and self-confidence through structured, age-appropriate boxing instruction. Whether your child is training for competition or just wants a fun, physical outlet, our coaches guide them every step of the way in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Competitive Boxing (Amateur & Pro)
For fighters ready to step into the ring. This program prepares boxers for competition at the amateur or professional level, focusing on sparring, advanced technique, fight strategy, conditioning, and USA Boxing compliance. Coaching includes fight camp preparation and event support.


Large Group Boxing Training
​High-energy, coach-led classes that combine boxing technique with conditioning drills. Open to all skill levels, these classes focus on building endurance, power, footwork, and overall boxing IQ while creating a supportive team atmosphere.

Women’s Self-Defense
A safe, empowering environment for women to build confidence, strength, and practical self-defense skills. Learn real-world techniques grounded in boxing fundamentals, while improving situational awareness and physical conditioning


Cardio Boxing Training
A non-contact, high-intensity boxing workout designed to get your heart pumping. This class fuses boxing fundamentals with conditioning circuits to help you burn calories, tone muscles, and boost cardiovascular health no sparring required.

1 on 1 Fitness Programming
A personalized training experience tailored to your unique fitness goals. Whether you're aiming to build strength, lose weight, or improve conditioning, you'll work directly with a certified coach to design a plan that challenges and supports your growth both physically and mentally.


1 on 1 Boxing Training
Work one-on-one with a boxing coach to master fundamentals, improve technique, and build fight-ready conditioning. Perfect for beginners or advanced boxers who want direct attention, faster skill development, and strategic feedback

Small Group Boxing Training
