A lifelong student of the sweet science with more than 25 years of competitive experience and dedication to the sport, Freeman brings both knowledge and firsthand understanding to boxing instruction. A Virginia State Champion and Golden Gloves Champion, Freeman has experienced the discipline, sacrifice, and realities of the boxing world at multiple levels. Through boxing, he focuses on developing athletes not only as fighters, but as individuals; helping them navigate and avoid common pitfalls, sharpen their skills, and reach their full potential through discipline, accountability, and self-mastery.
