Robert Brice, CEO

Robert Brice is the visionary Founder and CEO of Man of War Boxing and Fitness, a USA Boxing-registered facility based in Stafford, VA. A former amateur boxer and Silver-Level USA Boxing Certified Coach, Robert brings over a decade of boxing experience and a lifetime of leadership to the community he serves. He is also certified under undefeated professional boxer Tony Jeffries, further deepening his technical foundation.

Since founding Man of War in 2021, Robert has made it his mission to make boxing accessible, empowering, and healing for everyone from 5-year-olds learning the ropes to adults training for the ring or personal growth. More than a gym, Robert sees Man of War as a safe haven, mentorship hub, and transformational space for the mind, body, and spirit.

With a strong belief that “All people should box,” Robert continues to lead with passion, discipline, and purpose—equipping his team and clients with the tools to fight in and out of the ring.
